Wolf Factory Certified Service: Range Repair & Installation Across Quebec
Dual fuel ranges, dual-stacked sealed burners, induction and convection ovens: your Wolf range and cooking appliances are handled by Wolf-trained technicians with genuine Wolf parts, from Gatineau to Gaspé.
Wolf repair, installation and maintenance by certified specialists
A Wolf appliance is not engineered like mainstream cooking equipment, and it deserves a technician who knows the difference. Entretien Universel has worked on premium gas cooking equipment since 1995, and Wolf is at the heart of our specialty. As a Wolf Factory Certified Service company, we are one of the few companies in Quebec that repair, install and maintain the entire Wolf line to the manufacturer's standards, anywhere in the province.
Certified Wolf diagnostics and repair
Every visit starts with a complete diagnostic based on Wolf service documentation, not guesswork. We measure gas pressure at the regulator and manifold, check ignition modules, test oven sensor resistance and read control-board fault codes before recommending anything. You get a clear explanation of the problem, the part involved and the cost before we go ahead. Because we install genuine Wolf parts sourced through the manufacturer's network, the repair returns your appliance to factory specifications and protects an investment designed to last for decades.
Wolf range and rangetop repair
Wolf dual fuel, gas and induction ranges are the centrepiece of the kitchens we serve. On the cooktop, we repair dual-stacked sealed burners that won't light, click continuously or lose their low simmer; restore automatic re-ignition; replace spark switches and electrodes; and adjust infrared charbroilers, griddles and French tops so they heat evenly. In the oven, we fix slow preheats, uneven baking, failed broil elements, stalled convection fans, door hinges and gaskets that leak heat, and control errors on Gourmet Mode models. On 48-inch and 60-inch double-oven ranges, each cavity is verified against Wolf temperature tolerances.
Gas, induction or electric cooktops, 15-inch modules and the multi-function cooktop: each technology fails in its own way. On induction, we diagnose power and generator boards, cooling fans, pan detection and touch controls. On gas, we correct flame height, burner cap alignment, valves and ignition. On electric, we test radiant elements, limiters and switches. Because many Wolf cooktops sit above a wall oven, we also check clearances and supply connections across the entire cooking zone.
Wolf ranges come in 30, 36, 48 and 60-inch widths, in dual fuel, all-gas, induction and Pro Induction versions, with professional or transitional styling. Each configuration changes the repair: a dual fuel range pairs a gas cooktop with an electric convection oven, while an all-gas range uses an oven burner and igniter; a 48 or 60-inch range has two ovens to test and calibrate; a top with an infrared charbroiler, griddle or French top has its own burners and adjustments; an induction range relies on power electronics a gas technician never touches. We identify your exact model and configuration before the visit, prepare the right Wolf parts and documentation, and service the cooktop and the oven in the same appointment so your range is back to full use as quickly as possible.
Wolf M Series and E Series wall ovens rely on precise sensors, dual convection and electronic controls. We replace temperature sensors, bake and broil elements, convection motors, door locks, cooling blowers and control boards, then run a calibration bake to confirm accurate temperatures. Convection steam ovens get special attention: we descale the water system, replace pumps, reservoirs and steam generators, and clear water-related error messages. On convection speed ovens, the speed-cooking system and convection components are checked separately so every mode performs as intended.
A Wolf appliance only delivers its performance when it is installed to its specifications. Our team holds RBQ licence 8259-8822-21 and is a CMMTQ member: we install Wolf ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens and outdoor grills, including the natural gas or propane line, shut-off valve, pressure regulator, anti-tip device, levelling and start-up tests. Where Wolf approves it for your model, we convert appliances between natural gas and propane, a frequent request for chalets and country homes across Quebec. For renovations, we work with your designer or contractor so clearances, gas supply and electrical supply are right from day one.
As a Wolf Factory Certified Service company, we perform repairs covered by the Wolf warranty according to the manufacturer's terms. Have your model and serial numbers ready and we will confirm coverage with you. Outside the warranty, we install exactly the same genuine Wolf parts, so your appliance keeps its original performance and you keep your peace of mind.
Regular maintenance prevents most service calls. Our Wolf tune-up includes cleaning and adjusting burners, testing ignition and re-ignition, checking gas pressure and connections for leaks, calibrating oven temperature, inspecting door gaskets and hinges, and adjusting infrared charbroilers and griddles. Descaling is included for steam ovens. A yearly visit keeps a Wolf kitchen cooking like the day it was installed.

Frequently asked questions
Wolf appliance repair: 10 questions answered
1
Are you a Wolf Factory Certified Service company?
Yes. Entretien Universel is a Wolf Factory Certified Service company in Quebec. Our technicians are trained on Wolf products, we use genuine Wolf parts and we perform warranty repairs according to the manufacturer's terms.
2
Which Wolf appliances do you repair?
Wolf ranges first and foremost: dual fuel, gas, induction and Pro Induction ranges, rangetops and cooktops, 15-inch modules, M Series and E Series wall ovens, convection steam and speed ovens, and outdoor grills. Wolf ranges make up most of our service calls.
Our rates start at $260 and vary by the region served. The rate for your area is confirmed when you book, and any part required is explained before the repair.
4
Do you serve my region?
Yes. We cover all of Quebec, from major centres such as Montreal, Quebec City, Laval, Gatineau and Sherbrooke to remote regions. For remote areas, your visit is scheduled in advance and the travel rate is confirmed when you book.
5
Is my repair covered by the Wolf warranty?
It depends on the purchase date, the part involved and Wolf's warranty terms. Give us the model, serial number and installation date: we check coverage and, if it applies, perform the repair as a Factory Certified Service company.
They are printed on the appliance's rating plate. Wolf's owner resources show where it is located for each product category. Can't find it? Send us a photo of the appliance and we will help.
Most often, moisture or a spill has reached the spark switch or electrode, or the burner cap is misaligned. Let it dry, reseat the cap and try again. If the clicking continues, call us. If you smell gas, leave the premises and call your gas utility or 911.
8
My Wolf oven no longer reaches temperature. Can it be fixed?
Yes, in the vast majority of cases. Typical causes are a weak igniter or element, a faulty temperature sensor, a stalled convection fan or a calibration that needs to be redone. We test each component and confirm the result with a calibration bake.
9
Do you install new Wolf appliances and gas lines?
Yes. Our RBQ-licensed team installs Wolf appliances and the natural gas or propane line, and converts between the two gases where Wolf approves it for your model.
10
How soon can a technician come?
It depends on your region and on parts availability. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and emergency service is available for gas appliances. Call (514) 940-6525 for the next available appointment.
